This is a web based single-page application(Vue.js) developed using the LAMP stack. It has 5 modules custom built to suit the needs of the ASYCUDA/ITUnit. These modules are:

ASYTickets: designed to fast track the reporting of ASYCUDA related issues to the relevant personnel in a structured format.

N/V Numbers: a portal for logging N/V numbers from the AW system. Can be used as a webservice to facilitate registration from the AW portal.

Service Desk: this module allows CED employees to log tickets for assistance (for varying services) from the IT unit.

Inventory: (in development) allows CED IT Unit to log and track deployments of all equipment at ports and branches.
Knowledge base: a central repository for the solutions of ASYCUDA/IT Unit related issues to be stored and retrieved by staff members.
